I dont like white text on black background in general, so it will be always too much for me.

I feel deja vu, one of my first posts on blackdiam back then was in the brightness topic.

Anyway, nobody knows what will come of this, so it's good to have a place to talk and colours are not really an issue atm, arent they?

Of course not, but i just took a theme by default. If you don't like it, we can surely improve it in some ways
For my personal tastes, i think i should increase the contrast at least, to make for exemple white fonts on the posts, and change a  few other backgrounds (the white bg for sticky posts is ugly imo).

In last resort, having another theme instead / in addition of this one is possible too of course.

It is not the most important, yet it's not nice if one always feel the look is crap when coming somewhere...

I think it'll be hard to make a skin for people who prefer lighter and those who prefer darker

Actually most people already happen to have light/dark skins, thanks to Mother Nature
